Job Summary

This full-time position seeks a reliable and technically proficient Plant Operator responsible for the safe and efficient management of industrial machinery and systems. Day-to-day tasks include continuous monitoring and control of production processes to ensure smooth operations and high product quality. A core responsibility involves proactive troubleshooting—identifying, analyzing, and independently resolving operational malfunctions to minimize downtime. The role also requires performing routine quality assurance through product sampling and executing necessary maintenance, cleaning, and internal transport duties within the production area. Key qualifications include completed vocational training in a relevant technical field, such as Industrial Mechanics, Chemical Technology, or Machine and System Operation, alongside practical experience in operating complex production facilities.
