Job Summary

This role seeks a technical multi-talent to ensure seamless hotel operations by managing maintenance and repairs behind the scenes. Key responsibilities include conducting daily operational walk-throughs to identify defects, performing necessary repair and renovation work (including painting), and ensuring the proper functionality of technical equipment like devices and lifts. The assistant will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of all outdoor facilities and coordinating effectively with external contractors regarding maintenance checks. The ideal candidate possesses either a technical vocational qualification or significant professional experience in craftsmanship or building maintenance, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high quality consciousness.
