This role is for a skilled and dependable NOC Engineer to join a leading provider of white-label platforms for infrastructure network operators in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of networks, servers, and system components using modern monitoring tools. Key duties include initial fault analysis and troubleshooting (first-level support), escalating complex issues, and meticulous documentation in a ticketing system. The role also involves executing planned maintenance, supporting security monitoring and patch management, and collaborating closely with various departments, customers, and partners. This position offers a permanent contract and a thorough onboarding process within a small team environment.
