Job Summary

This Data Scientist role within IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Centers focuses on solving complex business problems for global clients by leveraging leading-edge and open-source tools, combined with IBM's AI application suites. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis and preparation of complex data sources, implementation and validation of predictive and prescriptive models, and the creation of robust machine learning pipelines utilizing both traditional algorithms and modern deep learning approaches like Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate must possess strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms), along with solid proficiency in Data Science tools such as Python, SQL, Pandas, and Scikit-learn. This position offers a collaborative, agile environment where you will partner with engineers and consultants across various disciplines, driving innovation and technology adoption. Success requires strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, particularly in German (C1 level) and English.
