Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Junior Bioprocess Operator seeking a challenging position within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector in Biberach an der Riß. The core responsibilities involve the hands-on manufacturing of biopharmaceutical active ingredients, primarily focusing on Downstream processes. Daily tasks include preparing buffer solutions, accurately weighing raw materials, and executing crucial process preparation and post-processing activities like Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP). A critical aspect of the role is ensuring strict compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and EHS guidelines, including performing quality assessments and responding independently to process deviations. Candidates must possess relevant vocational training (e.g., in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy) coupled with professional experience, excellent organizational skills, and the physical capacity to handle loads up to 30 kg. The position requires flexibility and willingness to work in rotating shifts (early, late, and night).
