Job Summary

As a Network Technician in Hamburg, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of network infrastructure for a telecommunications client. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactive 24/7 network monitoring, managing various network devices, and handling alarm monitoring with specialized tools. You will also be responsible for implementing changes, creating manual incident reports, diagnosing and resolving network disruptions, and communicating effectively with customers in both German and English. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network technology, particularly SD-WAN, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
