Job Summary

This role is centered on the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure for a leading German IT service provider. The IT Rollout Technician is responsible for the assembly and disassembly of workplace hardware, including peripherals, and executing comprehensive system rollouts. Daily tasks involve the installation and connection of peripheral devices, providing essential training to users on new hardware and software systems, and meticulously documenting all installations. This documentation includes maintaining image and text logs via a dedicated application. The role also requires performing initial error analysis and troubleshooting, escalating complex issues when necessary. Candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist in System Integration, coupled with initial experience in managing IT rollouts. Due to the nature of the work, strong German proficiency, a driver's license, and the willingness to undertake frequent nationwide travel, including overnight stays, are mandatory requirements.
