Day-to-day responsibilities involve hands-on hardware management, including inspecting, labeling, storing, and documenting IT assets. The technician will manage the main and small parts inventory, process tickets via the customer's system, and generate statistics for regular meetings. A core part of the job is troubleshooting and repairing defective components, coordinating manufacturer deployments, and preparing hardware for operational handover. Candidates must possess a completed vocational training in IT System Integration or equivalent, strong experience in hardware administration, and excellent communication skills.
