This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide essential 1st Level support for a major end client, Deutsche Bank, working within one of Europe's leading IT service companies. The specialist will manage daily technical administration, including troubleshooting Windows Notebooks, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, as well as maintaining operating systems, VPN, and IP telephony. Key responsibilities also include customer consultation in both German and English regarding product selection and system usage, along with meticulous documentation and ticket creation using systems like ServiceNow. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in IT (such as IT Specialist for System Integration) and demonstrated experience supporting both Apple and Windows environments. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. This full-time, unlimited contract offers excellent career prospects and the potential for permanent placement with the end customer.
