Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support for end customers within one of Europe's leading IT service companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of end devices, including inventory, registration, issuance, and retrieval. Day-to-day activities include handling service requests efficiently via hotline and ticketing systems, classifying and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, and documenting all work steps to maintain the knowledge database. A key physical component involves the transport and setup of IT equipment and workstations. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, paired with practical experience supporting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
