This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support for a major client in Reutlingen, ensuring smooth IT operations and high service quality. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues directly at the client site. Key daily tasks include acting as the primary interface between the client's internal IT department and end-users, and executing additional tasks within manufacturing and server environments. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with practical experience in network areas like DHCP, DNS, and Firewalls. Proficiency in managing Active Directory, particularly focusing on Group Policies and authorization concepts, is mandatory.
