The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving incidents and service requests while strictly adhering to established SLAs. Key daily tasks include comprehensive troubleshooting for both hardware and software, configuration, and installation of standard IT equipment. A crucial aspect of the job involves providing dedicated user support for mobile devices, specifically focusing on iOS and Android platforms, and resolving network connectivity issues. Candidates must possess completed vocational training, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with practical experience in client troubleshooting and user support. The position offers a competitive gross annual salary between €38,000 and €41,000, regulated day shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), and significant potential for permanent employment with the client. Strong German and good English skills are required, along with a valid driver's license.
