Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial Tax Advisor seeking a partner-track position within the extensive ETL Group, a market leader in German tax consulting. Based in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive, high-quality tax and business management advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small businesses to large national accounts. Day-to-day tasks include preparing annual financial statements for various legal entities, acting as the primary contact for all tax-related questions, conducting process optimization, and supporting mandate expansion. Depending on personal preference, the role offers the chance to take on personnel management and lead a team. This position is highly attractive due to its unique compensation structure (at least 15% above current salary) and the immediate option to become a participating Managing Director/Shareholder after the probation period, combining the stability of a large group with a local, professional atmosphere.
