Job Summary

This Electronics Developer role is centered on innovation within electric drive technology, focusing on developing, integrating, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions from initial prototype stages through to series production. Day-to-day responsibilities include the parameterization, commissioning, and continuous improvement of electric drive systems, as well as the selection and implementation of modern drive components. The developer will also contribute to quality assurance processes, specifically assisting with Risk Assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs), and maintaining complex system simulations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and brings several years of professional experience in electric drive systems, coupled with expertise in control engineering, automation standards (like EN 61131-3), and simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink.
