Job Summary

This Civil Engineering Scheduler role involves creating and managing crucial schedules for complex road and civil engineering projects, including vital energy infrastructure initiatives supporting Germany's energy transition. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed and high-level schedules during the bidding and execution phases, actively monitoring progress, and steering the planning process. A key responsibility is identifying opportunities and risks to optimize construction timelines, supporting site reporting with target/actual comparisons, and assisting with change order management stemming from schedule modifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and possesses several years of professional experience in construction scheduling or control, potentially gained as a Site Manager or in work preparation. Proficiency with specialized scheduling software like Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or TILOS is essential, coupled with a structured, analytical approach and readiness to travel to sites.
