Job Summary

This role seeks a hands-on Team Leader for Electrical Engineering to manage a 7-person team within the 20-member maintenance department at Optipack, a key supplier to the food and beverage industry. The primary responsibility is ensuring the reliable and safe operation of production facilities through effective work organization, planning, and allocation of electrical maintenance tasks. The leader will actively participate in maintenance, conduct repairs, and oversee the setup and conversion of systems. A crucial part of the job involves managing retrofits, coordinating with suppliers regarding spare parts availability, and contributing electrically to continuous modernization projects across the machinery park. Candidates must possess a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, coupled with substantial experience in production maintenance, strong knowledge of Measurement, Control, and Regulation technology, and proficiency with PLC systems like S7 or TIA Portal.
