Technical Building Services Planner (TGA) | Fachplaner TGA (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves joining a team of experts in innovative building technology in Böblingen, focusing on planning and managing complex technical building systems (TGA) across diverse market segments including research, retail, and industrial construction. Key daily responsibilities include planning technical installations and supervising projects according to HOAI standards, steering the project flow to ensure smooth execution, and communicating progress to internal project management. The planner will also be responsible for contributing to cost controlling, creating detailed technical calculations, and developing comprehensive energy concepts. Candidates must hold a Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Building Services Technology. Success requires strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, high initiative, goal orientation, and very good IT proficiency. This is an opportunity to actively shape the development of the branch office and work under an unlimited contract with flexible working arrangements.
