Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Scheduler to manage the entire lifecycle of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) plant projects, from the initial bid phase through final execution. Key responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and reporting detailed project schedules, structuring the engineering workflow based on master document lists, KKS structure, and contractual deadlines. The specialist will be crucial in coordinating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), tracking progress, conducting reporting, and ensuring the timely provision of all necessary technical documentation. Candidates must hold a completed degree in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering) and possess fundamental professional experience in scheduling within the plant construction sector. Excellent proficiency in MS Project, coupled with fluent German (C2) and very good English skills, is mandatory for success in this demanding, long-term position.
