Job Summary

This role involves providing technical support, optimization, and continuous development for existing Surface Mount Technology (SMT)/Surface Mount Device (SMD) production lines, specifically aiming for NADCAP compliance. The specialist will conduct systematic failure and weakness analyses (e.g., 5-Why, Ishikawa), implementing sustainable corrective measures, and actively contributing to continuous process improvement. Key responsibilities include the procurement, introduction, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment, overseeing the industrialization and transfer of new products into series production, and managing product/process approvals and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or technician qualification in mechanical or production engineering, possesses experience in SMT/SMD line support, and is proficient with IPC standards (Class 2 or 3).
