This role involves leading complex development projects in electrical and automation technology for prominent clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project oversight, including scheduling, resource planning, and cost management, alongside developing and leading site supervisors and their installation teams/subcontractors. A key aspect is proactive client communication, timely cost tracking, handling change orders (addendum creation), and early conflict resolution. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, possesses several years of professional experience in electrical project management, and is proficient with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera, and CAD software such as AutoCAD or EPLAN.
