Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Research Associate to drive digitalization and connectivity initiatives by focusing on the new development and continuous improvement of critical software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for application development supporting existing testing and commissioning tools, ensuring seamless integration with current systems, and providing ongoing system maintenance. A core component of this position involves leading and managing IT research projects, including preparing proposals for new initiatives, specifically within the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related engineering/natural science field, coupled with strong knowledge of object-oriented and hardware-related programming. This position requires fluent German and English skills and offers a high degree of planning security through a permanent contract and the opportunity to apply long-standing expertise to exciting, technology-forward projects.
