Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT specialist, either a seasoned professional or a motivated newcomer, eager to elevate technology and tackle the innovations of tomorrow. The core responsibility involves providing comprehensive IT support, acting as the first point of contact for service requests via phone and in person (1st and potentially 2nd Level Support). Key daily tasks include classifying and dispatching incoming tickets according to ITIL guidelines, managing change requests and incident reports from users, and planning and executing the commissioning of security infrastructure systems (Firewalls, Proxy servers, VPN solutions). The ideal candidate will possess a degree in IT Systems Integration or equivalent experience, excellent knowledge of PC hardware, communication technology, and current Windows operating systems.
