Technical Support Specialist | Technical Supporter (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role focuses on connecting people and technology by managing technical inquiries and ensuring smooth service operations for clients both domestically and internationally. Key responsibilities include handling order processing for service measures, managing invoicing and documentation, providing professional telephone support to customers, and creating and tracking service quotes and recommendations. The specialist is expected to find professional solutions for customers, including exploring technical and scheduling alternatives when necessary. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses solid electro-technical fundamentals (preferably in electrical building installation), and is proficient in SAP R/3 and MS Office. This position offers a permanent contract and opportunities for continuous professional development.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
