Job Summary
This role seeks an ambitious Requirements Engineer to drive complex development projects within the electrical and automation technology sectors for major clients. The core responsibility involves the comprehensive management of requirements, including the identification, detailed analysis, and evaluation of specifications derived from customer and system documents. A key part of the job is estimating effort and risk, creating deviation lists, and ensuring compliance, particularly regarding device safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). The successful candidate will collaborate within an international development team, requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to present technical findings effectively to clients. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with professional experience and familiarity with PLM software solutions such as DOORS and Polarion. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for internal and external communication.

Experience
- Several years of professional experience (desirable)
- Experience in handling PLM software solutions (DOORS and Polarion)
