Job Summary

This role involves leading complex electrical engineering projects, specifically focusing on energy generation and distribution systems (both new builds and conversions). The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis and quotation preparation through to final commissioning. Key daily activities include rigorous planning, organizing project phases according to strict cost, deadline, and quality standards, maintaining detailed project documentation, and effectively communicating progress. A core component is leading and coordinating the internal project team and external trades. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in electrical engineering, proven project leadership experience, and excellent communication skills, complemented by fluent German and ideally good English proficiency.
