Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional ready to drive technological progress by supporting cutting-edge IT systems. As an IT Support/Helpdesk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact, providing 1st and 2nd level support both telephonically and in person. Your daily tasks will involve classifying and dispatching incoming tickets, managing incidents and service requests, and handling user change requests. You may also be involved in technical operations, coordinating resources, and performing maintenance, including potential adjustments to infrastructure systems like firewalls, VPNs, and anti-virus solutions. The successful candidate must possess a background in IT specialization, excellent knowledge of PC hardware and Windows OS, and strong proficiency in both German and English. Experience with ticketing tools, ITIL, and Microsoft 365 is highly valued.
