Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Software Engineer to drive technology forward by developing, coordinating, and configuring application software for electronic control units (ECUs). Key responsibilities include creating software test scripts, particularly within model-based development environments, and applying agile methodologies to analyze and resolve complex, interdisciplinary technical challenges. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, or a related field, and brings substantial experience in developing Embedded Software and Real Time Embedded Systems. Proficiency in C programming and model-based tools such as Matlab and Simulink, alongside configuration management experience, is essential. The position offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects for major clients, supported by continuous learning through the FERCHAU Academy, and requires strong communication skills and fluency in both German and English.
