Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance within Substance and Product Management, primarily within the Pharma and Life Science sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include the classification and labeling of products according to CLP and GHS regulations, creating comprehensive Product Safety Data Sheets and hazardous substance labels, and maintaining data integrity within the SAP-EHS system. The specialist will ensure strict compliance with the CLP Regulation (including Article 45/Annex VIII and the new REACH Annex II) and chemical legislation concerning raw materials. Key requirements include a relevant degree in Chemistry or Biology, strong knowledge of chemical nomenclature and chemical legislation (REACH, CLP, GHS), and extensive practical experience with SAP-EHS data maintenance.
