Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Process Engineering Specialist to drive technological optimization and ensure stringent regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, parameterization, and optimization of existing process engineering systems, as well as managing technical complaints and realizing process-optimizing measures. A critical component of this position is leading the on-site laboratory, which involves overseeing equipment, chemical inventory, documentation, process execution, and adhering strictly to all legal guidelines, particularly concerning hazardous materials. The specialist will also be responsible for developing and implementing new process engineering manufacturing methods across the company group and acting as a technical interface with external plant manufacturers. Ideal candidates possess a strong educational background in chemical or process engineering, coupled with practical experience in environmental, waste, and hazardous materials management, and proficiency in English.
