Job Summary

This role involves working as a LabVIEW Software Development Engineer, focusing on creating and maintaining specialized software applications for robot-assisted laser manufacturing processes. Key daily tasks include designing robust object-oriented software architecture within the LabVIEW environment and acting as the primary contact for software architecture and design patterns within project teams. You will be responsible for developing control modules for complex hardware components, including motion control systems, robotics, and digital/analog I/Os. The ideal candidate possesses a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics, coupled with strong expertise in modular and object-oriented programming in LabVIEW. Proficiency with source code management tools like Git and experience with databases are essential.
