Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist ready to be the primary point of contact for employee technical issues and inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and configuring hardware, software, and IT systems, managing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. The specialist will handle support requests efficiently via a ticketing system, execute software updates, and actively participate in IT projects and technology rollouts. Key qualifications include a completed IT-related education (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent, foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, and experience with network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WLAN).
