Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT professional looking to connect people and technology by ensuring seamless system operations. The IT Supporter will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of software, servers, and hardware, including installation, exchange, and servicing. A key part of the role involves providing technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote maintenance, or on-site assistance. The successful candidate will also manage the documentation and resolution of disruptions, ensuring high system availability, and maintaining continuous communication with higher support tiers (3rd level support, specialized departments, and service providers). Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification, preferably some 1st and 2nd Level Support experience, and strong knowledge of Windows environments (Client/Server) and M365, coupled with excellent German language skills.
