Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Support Specialist focused on connecting people and technology by ensuring seamless system operations for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the implementation and maintenance of software and servers, as well as the installation, replacement, and servicing of hardware. A critical aspect of the job is providing technical and application-related support to users via phone, remote access, or on-site visits. The specialist will also be responsible for continuous communication with subsequent support levels (e.g., 3rd Level Support and external service providers), ensuring system availability, and diligently documenting and resolving disruptions. The ideal candidate holds a qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses good knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments and M365, and has initial experience in 1st and 2nd Level Support.
