Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious (Junior) IT Specialist focused on providing critical 1st and 2nd level support within the dynamic automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the essential tasks of receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions, supporting users both on-site and remotely. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of necessary hardware and software components, meticulously documenting all resolutions and tracking issues within the ticketing system. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to IT projects, assist with the introduction of new systems and technologies, and provide training and consulting to users on IT-relevant topics. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, possesses initial experience in IT support (preferably automotive), and demonstrates strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network administration, and hardware configuration.
