Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Automotive Requirements Engineer to drive complex development projects for major OEMs and suppliers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the end-to-end management of requirements for vehicle systems, including elicitation, detailed analysis, and documentation in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring requirement traceability and consistency throughout the development lifecycle, leading validation workshops, and coordinating implementation with development teams. Candidates must possess a relevant technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Vehicle Technology) and several years of professional experience in Requirements Engineering, ideally within the automotive sector. Success requires fundamental knowledge of analysis tools (such as DOORS or Polarion) and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
