Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing IT service projects specifically within the automotive sector. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for planning, controlling, and monitoring these projects, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and high-quality standards. A core part of the job is coordinating and optimizing IT service processes to boost efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will advise both internal and external clients on IT-related matters, continuously monitoring and analyzing services for ongoing improvement.
