Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Hardware Development Engineer focused on designing and optimizing sensor technology solutions for high-tech clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conceptualization and simulation of complex analog and digital electronic circuits, ensuring they meet stringent serial production standards. The engineer will integrate microcontroller technology and various communication interfaces, adapting existing designs based on technical specifications and customer needs. A critical component of the role involves developing and optimizing circuits to comply with environmental and stringent EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) requirements, supported by rigorous testing and measurement in the dedicated EMC laboratory. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, coupled with initial professional experience in hardware development and circuit design. Proficiency in German (minimum B2) and English is mandatory for success in this technological environment.
