Job Summary

This role as an IT Security Vulnerability Specialist, supporting Siemens AG, focuses on enhancing security within a major electronics manufacturing environment. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and implementing comprehensive security concepts, conducting detailed vulnerability analyses, and managing dedicated IT security projects from inception to completion. The specialist is also responsible for executing various security tests, including penetration testing, serving as the primary subject matter expert for IT security, and leading internal training sessions. Key qualifications include a completed degree or training in Computer Science or Information Security, coupled with fundamental knowledge in IT security project realization. Experience in conducting security tests is highly beneficial. Candidates must possess fluent written and spoken German and English skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively.
