Job Summary

This role seeks a motivated (Junior) RF Development Engineer to drive technological advancement by connecting people and technology. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of RF component development, including designing and re-designing high-frequency circuits and modules. The engineer will be responsible for creating detailed schematics and layouts, conducting complex simulations, and setting up precise measurement configurations and test plans. A core function is verifying component specifications through practical measurements and generating comprehensive test documentation. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Radio Frequency or Communications Technology, and possess practical experience in RF measurement techniques. While expertise in standard simulation and layout tools (Spice, CST, ADS, ICAD) is advantageous, the position welcomes recent graduates with relevant practical experience gained during studies or internships, offering opportunities for professional development and flexible working hours.
