Job Summary

As an Automotive Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning of complex manufacturing processes for major automotive OEMs and suppliers. A core part of your role involves managing specific plant sections, overseeing everything from initial design and technical specification through to ordering and final handover to industrialization teams. You will be tasked with developing standardized technical solutions while carefully balancing time, cost, and quality objectives. This requires mediating decisions effectively between development, planning, and operations teams. Furthermore, you will ensure the application of best practices and facilitate cross-site knowledge sharing and lessons-learned processes within the production network. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and possesses professional experience in implementing and planning complex manufacturing systems, coupled with fluency in both German and English, along with strong conflict management and communication skills.
