Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Technician to act as a crucial link between customers and technical solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries, providing technical clarification, and developing comprehensive technical and commercial documentation. A core function of this position is hands-on electrical planning, including the creation and modification of circuit diagrams, parts lists, and work plans, specifically utilizing the EPLAN software. Candidates should possess a background as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally supplemented by Technician certification, and must bring practical experience in electrical engineering. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills for planning appointments and orders, coupled with effective communication abilities to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in both German and English is required to handle the documentation and communication aspects of the job.
