Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Technical Consultant within the Integration Office, focusing on developing and implementing technical solutions to ensure the professional integration of severely disabled individuals into the workforce across Hesse. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with companies and public sector entities to design barrier-free and inclusive workplaces and environments. A critical component of the job is creating detailed technical expert reports for preventive measures and funding programs, as well as drafting official statements concerning special dismissal protection under SGB IX. You will also be responsible for sharing your expertise through internal and external training sessions. The ideal candidate possesses a background in engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a certified Technician/Master qualification, coupled with practical experience in generating technical assessments.
