Job Summary
This role is based at the headquarters of a global, family-run specialty chemicals company in Heidelberg, focusing on the Metalworking & Cleaning and Surface Treatment business units. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for coordinating sales activities across the laboratory, production, and field sales teams. Key daily tasks include managing existing customer accounts, supporting new customer acquisition (occasionally on-site), and driving product segment development. The position requires independent execution of sales projects, detailed market and competitor observation, and the creation of subsequent analyses and decision-making templates. Candidates must also prepare pricing calculations and offers. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in a technical or commercial field, such as Chemistry or Business Administration.
