Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the 'Green Deal' within the Stuttgart region by focusing on sustainable building and climate protection through advanced building systems planning. The Specialist Planner will be responsible for conceptualizing, projecting, and designing Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) and Building Automation (GA) systems across all phases of the HOAI, primarily for non-residential buildings and HVAC systems. Key daily tasks include creating detailed tenders and specifications, overseeing construction (object monitoring), and performing complex analysis and optimization of existing building systems and properties. Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent technician qualification in Technical Building Automation, Building Services Engineering, or Supply Engineering, coupled with several years of relevant planning experience. Success requires a structured, careful, and independent work style, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to coordinate planning processes across various trades.
