Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating an in-house software development team focused primarily on Angular and .NET technologies for JOMOsoft, an innovative IT solution within the catering and food service sector (CHEFS VALUE). The Development Team Lead acts as the primary technical contact, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards in software delivery. Key responsibilities include planning development projects, managing resources, ensuring timely implementation, and actively contributing expertise during requirements analysis and technical specification drafting. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, possesses several years of professional software development experience, and has proven knowledge of agile methodologies, coupled with strong leadership skills and excellent communication in German. This position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the Weeze office, 2 days remote).
