This permanent position in Munich focuses on delivering reliable 1st and 2nd Level IT Onsite Support within a modern, multi-site corporate IT landscape. The specialist will be the primary point of contact for employees, providing direct, on-site assistance with IT queries and ensuring stable daily operations. Core responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various IT endpoints, such as PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices. A significant part of the role involves thorough troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network interfaces, alongside managing user accounts and access rights using central systems. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses solid practical experience in onsite support. Required technical knowledge includes Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and network fundamentals. Strong communication skills and fluency in German (B2 level) are essential for success in this service-oriented role.
