Job Summary
The IT Specialist will be crucial in ensuring the reliable digital operation and continuous development of Canna Capital Group's systems as they build the digital infrastructure for one of Europe's fastest-growing cannabis platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and optimization of the core ERP (Odoo) and CRM (BREVO) systems, managing data quality and integration flows between these platforms, and providing technical oversight for Shopify e-commerce shops (updates, integrations, app management). You will also play a key role in supporting the rollout of new IT solutions, managing user access, ensuring basic security protocols, and providing 1st and 2nd level user support for staff in Switzerland and Germany. Experience
- Fundamental experience working with ERP systems, ideally Odoo
- Very good knowledge of handling CRM systems, preferably BREVO
- Experience with Shopify structure, apps, plugins, and technical administration
- Solid IT know-how as an Advanced IT Employee, particularly in system administration and data integration
