Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Unified Communication Telecommunications Specialist to join a 40-person IT team responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ITK systems and associated applications. A core part of the job involves configuring analog, digital, and IP endpoints, performing technical documentation, and analyzing complex technical issues to ensure sustainable system optimization. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in telecommunications, especially within an enterprise environment, coupled with expertise in VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP), SBCs, and specific Unify systems like OpenScape Business/4000. Experience with emerging cloud telecommunication solutions, such as MS Teams, is highly desirable.
