Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning and supporting the company's comprehensive IT infrastructure, including the telephone system, client, and server landscapes. Core daily tasks involve maintaining and expanding corporate hardware and software, and providing essential First-Level Support to employees experiencing IT technical issues. The role also offers insight into network structures and technical documentation creation. Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in Computer Science, possessing logical and analytical thinking skills, along with initial experience in PC technology. Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
