Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role involves executing critical technical services within a data center environment, focusing heavily on electrical systems. The technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical systems, including cable system modifications. A key aspect of the job is managing service orders using a CMMS system, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and conducting daily inspections and rounds to identify potential risks. The successful candidate must possess completed electro-technical training and proven practical experience as a qualified electrician, preferably with knowledge of cooling and climate control units. This position requires strong service orientation, teamwork, and participation in rotating shift operations, acting as the primary on-site technical contact for the client and management.
